GRAB & RUN – ELIZABETH, NJ

On 9/22/20, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a male subject was looking at rings under the premise of upgrading his wife’s ring and to purchase one that was around 2 cts with a $9,000 budget. After looking at several rings, he asked to see a certain piece. Once the piece was in his possession, he immediately fled from the store. The subject is 5’7” and he is either tanned or a Hispanic male. He has very short brown hair. He was wearing a brown leather bomber jacket.
