On 9/23/20, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a subject came into the store and asked to look at chains. He said he lost his chain on a jet ski and needed a replacement but he was waiting for a check to clear. The subject tried to see three pieces at once, but his request was declined. He gave the name Michael John and a phone number. The subject asked the store to hold the chain and he would come back tomorrow. The subject returned the following day and asked to try on the chain. He took the chain and then fled from the store. The subject is approximately a 45-year-old White male. He is 6’1” and has a heavy build. He also has a flower tattoo on his right hand. He was last seen wearing a pink shirt and jeans. If you have any information regarding this subject, please email the Jewelers Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org
