GRAB & RUN – HAPPY VALLEY, OR

On 6/11/21, at approximately 9:49 a.m., a subject wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans, black shoes ,and black ballcap, entered a jewelry store and immediately pulled heavy duty bolt cutters from underneath his hoodie. The subject then walked directly to the gold chain spinner located at the back of the store and proceeded to cut the thick tether from the spinner. The subject lifted the spinner from the countertop and then fled from the store. The subject was described as a White male in his mid to late 20’s. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, with blue jeans and a black ballcap.
