On 1/17/20, at approximately 2:40 p.m., a male subject approached the counter of a jewelry store inside of a mall. The subject asked the sales associate to see a gold chain necklace. The associate removed a tray, which contained two gold diamond cut chains along with five smaller gold chains. The subject looked at the jewelry and then picked up the tray. When the associate tried to take the tray away from the suspect, he fled from the store. The subject was described as 5’8” and Black. He was last seen wearing a dark windbreaker.
