GRAB & RUN – OXFORD, AL

On 1/20/20, at approximately 8:15 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and began looking at gold chains. The sales associate assisted a male subject. The subject asked her to remove a chain from the showcase. Once the chain was removed. The subject asked to try it on. The subject secured the chain around his neck and then stated he was having a problem removing it. As the sales associate began to assist, the male turned and fled from the store. He was described as a Black male in his early 20’s. He is 6’2” and has a thin build. He has a cross tattoo on the right side of his neck as well as a tattoo of angel wings or praying hands on the left side of his neck.
