On 4/9/19, at approximately 1:25 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see solitaire rings. He stated his name was James. He said he wanted to get a ring for his girl. He requested a specific size and quality. After the subject was presented with a ring, he asked to see a second one. The subject then quickly turned and walked away from the store with both rings. The subject was described as a Hispanic male in his mid-30’s. He is 5’5” and weighs 155 lbs. He has black hair and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a green baseball call, grey sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
