On 10/21/19, at approximately 7:55 p.m., a subject approached the jewelry store kiosk and stated she was looking for a birthday present for herself. She picked out four sets of earrings and asked to see them all so she could take pictures of them. She then grabbed all four sets of earrings from the counter pad and walked away from the kiosk saying “I’m sorry.”
The subject was described as a White female in her 20’s. She has shoulder-length brown hair. She also has three visible tattoos; a bow behind her right ear, “clementine” and Roman Numerals.
