GRAB & RUN – WATERBURY, CT

On 9/3/20, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a male subject approached a kiosk and stated he was interested in gold chains and charms. The subject alleged he was shopping online and he wanted to see the chains at the store. After looking at several chains, the subject requested to try on the 26” curb chain with the charm. After taking off the items he subject ran from the kiosk. No injuries reported. The subject was described as a thin Black male. He is 6’ and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a red face mask, a black shirt and grey sweat pants.
