GUNPOINT SMASH AND GRAB – CORONA, CA

On 2/16/23, at approximately 6:37 p.m., police received a call that three subjects, including one with a gun, had entered a store and smashed cases. The business is a jewelry store. The subjects were described as two men and one woman. The subjects were initially spotted by law enforcement who pursued them, however, Sgt. Jason Wilson, a spokesman for the police department, said “Due to the driving conditions of the suspect and roadway conditions, officers lost sight of the vehicle about a minute after the pursuit was initiated.” The subjects then escaped with jewelry.
