MAN ACCUSED OF STEALING CUBIC ZIRCONIA RING – LINCOLN, NE

On 3/24/20, 35-year-old Dustin Cemper was arrested for allegedly committing a theft at a jewelry store on 3/19/20. On 3/19/20, a male subject entered the jewelry store and inquired about women’s rings. He sat at a display case and then left the store without buying anything. The business later noticed a ring was missing from the display case. Surveillance footage showed the subject reached behind the cabinet and took a $1,700 cubic zirconia ring. Fingerprints from the display case matched Cemper.
