NEW HEARING ORDERED FOLLOWING LENGTHY SENTENCE – EBENSBURG, PA

Late last week, a Pennsylvania Superior Court ordered a new sentencing for a man who was charged with organized retail theft from a jewelry store in Ebensburg, PA in November 2012.
