On 12/12/20, at approximately 4:30 a.m., 31-year-old Francisco Barrera set off an alarm system for a jewelry store located inside of a building. The New York Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit responded to the scene and arrested the suspect. This is the suspect’s eighth burglary arrest. He has been arrested seventeen times.
