Pineville, NC- On September 05, 2026, an unidentified male suspect entered the store and asked to view gold chains. He declined to provide a phone number for the jewelers client system. While trying on a chain using a mirror provided by the employee, the suspect suddenly grabbed the merchandise and fled. As he ran out, he pushed the employee to the ground, causing her to fall. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. The Pineville Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
Suspect Description
- Demographics: Black male, approximately 35 years old, 5’11”, 170 lbs.
- Clothing: White bucket hat with a red horizontal stripe, glasses, white t-shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers.
