Police Seek 4 In $17,000 Theft

October 18, 2017 - Wilton, CT

On the date listed above, at approximately 2:30 p.m., four suspects committed a distraction theft. The group was comprised of three women and one man.

The three women distracted two sales associates by feigning interest in items as the male suspect removed jewelry from behind the counter.

The male suspect concealed approximately $17,000 worth of merchandise in a brown paper bag that he was carrying.

The suspects then purchased an item with cash and left shortly thereafter with the stolen merchandise.
