PROFESSIONAL BURGLARS ESCAPE WITH $500k IN JEWELRY – SALADO, TX

On 1/31/21, between 2 and 4:30 a.m., two masked subjects cut through the exterior wall of a jewelry store to gain entry. Once they were inside, the subjects are believed to have used a plasma cutter to breach the steel safe. They then proceeded to steal jewelry. The Chief of the Salado Police Department, Pat Boone, said the subjects had “key identifying features”, however, that information has not yet been publicly released.
