On 2/23/20, shortly before 4:00 p.m., a male subject entered a high-end jewelry store disguised as a woman. He asked a sales associate if he could look at a $21,000 necklace. As the sales associate pulled out the piece of jewelry, they noticed the subject was holding two of the store’s watches. When the associate asked the thief why, the subject pulled out a spray bottle and sprayed an unknown substance in the associate’s direction. The subject grabbed the necklace and then fled from the store.
