SECOND SUSPECT CHARGED WITH MURDER OF RETIRED CAPTAIN – ST. LOUIS, MO

On 6/11/20, prosecutors charged a second suspect with the murder of retired St. Louis police Captain. David Dorn. The suspect was identified as 22-year-old Mark Jackson. Jackson, Stephan Cannon, and another suspect were captured by surveillance cameras fleeing from a pawn and jewelry shop in a Pontiac G6. The Pontiac was later discovered parked around the corner from Jackson’s residence. Jackson’s fingerprints were found inside the store. David Dorn was murdered outside of the pawn shop on 6/2/20. Jackson was charged with felony murder, robbery, burglary, stealing and three counts of armed criminal action. Click here to see Jackson’s mugshot.
