On 10/22/18, at approximately 3:30 p.m., three male subjects entered a jewelry store. The subjects inquired about where the diamond rings were located. As the clerk showed them the rings, one of the subjects brandished a hammer and began smashing the display case. The subjects broke into the display case and then removed rings. They� subsequently fled from the store. Saginaw Valley State University Police and Carrolton Township Police pursued the subjects in their vehicles. Police deployed a set of Stop Sticks which caused the getaway van’s tires to be flattened. Four subjects were arrested. They are all from Southeastern Michigan.
