SMASH & GRAB – CHATTANOOGA, TN

On 2/6/19, at approximately 7:06 p.m., two subjects entered a jewelry store with hammers. They immediately began smashing the front five showcases. They then removed merchandise from the cases. A third subject then entered the store with a bag. He demanded to know where the loose stones were. The subject claimed to have a gun. He escorted the manager to another room and demanded the safe be opened. He then removed 6 containers of loose stones from the safe. All three subjects then fled from the store with merchandise. The subjects fled in a dark colored, 4 door Chevrolet SUV. The subjects were described as Black males in their mid-twenties. The first subject is 6 feet tall and stocky. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a red stripe, black pants, a ski mask, and gloves. The second subject is 5’10” and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and gloves. The third subject has an average build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. He also carried a backpack.
