SMASH & GRAB – PALM COAST, FL

On 8/11/18, at approximately 7:31 p.m., two subjects entered a jewelry store. One of the subjects approached a sales associate at the bridal case while the second subject stood by the gold showcase. The subject at the bridal case attempted to take the display case keys from the sales associate but failed. He then fled from the store. At that point, the subject at the gold showcase brandished a small sledgehammer and smashed the gold display case. He removed six chains. Both subjects then fled. Both subjects were described as Black males in their early 20’s.

The first subject is 5’8” and has a thin to medium build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray khaki shorts with white sneakers and a white baseball cap. The second subject is also 5’8” and has a thin to medium build. He has short hair and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a Nike swoosh on it, blue denim shorts and blue or black sneakers.
