On 9/5/16, at approximately 6:42 p.m., a suspect inquired about a gold bracelet in a display case. He asked if he could see a second bracelet to compare it with. At this point the suspect had possession of one bracelet and the sales associate had possession of the second bracelet. The suspect then asked for the exact price of the bracelet. When the sales associate turned away to find the exact price, the suspect concealed the bracelet in his pocket. Once the sales associate told him the price, the suspect said he would be back and then left the store. The suspect was described as an African American male in his late 40’s to early 50’s. He is average height and build. He was last seen wearing a suit with a collard shirt and top hat.
