SNEAK THEFT – NASHVILLE, TN

On 10/28/20, a retail jewelry store was the victim of a distraction theft. After conducting inventory counts, four men’s Movado watches were discovered missing from a showcase. A review of the store’s video revealed a male subject entering the store and removing watches from the showcase. As sales associates were assisting other guests, the subject appeared to pull a tool from his pocket to pry open the showcase. He was observed removing and concealing two watches. The subject looked around, reopened the showcase and concealed two more watches. The subject closed the showcase and left the store with the merchandise. The subject was described as a Black male in his late 30’s to 40’s. He is 5’9” and weighs 210 lbs. He has a medium complexion and stocky build. He was last seen wearing a dark navy ball cap, blue shirt, black leather jacket, blue tennis shoes with bright white laces and glasses.
