SNEAK THEFT – SPRINGFIELD, VA

On 12/1/19, at approximately 2:39 p.m., a male and female subject entered a jewelry store and stood near the perimeter of the store. The male subject lifted the front of a display case. He was able to bypass the locking mechanism to open the case. He removed an element containing chains and bracelets from the display case. He then concealed them into a bag the female subject carried. The subjects then exited the store. Both subjects are Black. The male is 6’ thin and in his 40’s. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, and a woven cap. The female subject is 5’8” and has a thin build. She is also in her 40’s. She has short hair and was last seen wearing yoga pants, a plaid shirt, and a dark jacket.
