THEFT – FOLSOM, CA

On 12/7/19, at approximately 12:50 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and asked sales associates where gold chains were located. He was friendly and talkative. He asked one associate several questions as he was narrowing down his selection. The subject walked a lap around the store. He then asked to try on a particular bracelet. Once the associate placed the bracelet on his wrist, the subject turned and walked out of the store. The subject was described as a 6’3” Black male. He has a thin build and was well-dressed. He was last seen wearing a dark-gray peacoat, a light gray scarf, blue jeans, black shoes, and a necktie as a belt.
