On 2/27/18, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a subject approached a kiosk with a small boy who was approximately three years old. The subject was presented with chains. When the sales associate asked the subject to return the chain, the subject stated she already returned it to the associate. The associate told the subject she did not give the item back. At that point, the subject reiterated she returned the piece and pointed to a chain in the case as being the one she returned. The piece was never returned and the subject left the store with a 16” chain. The subject was described as a 22-year-old Black female. She is 5’3” tall and weighs 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing an olive green jacket with a white shirt underneath. She also wore blue jeans.
