Columbus OH – On April 27, 2018, former jeweler, Charles Michael Hush, 64, faced a judge after being accused of defrauding customers.

Hush has been charged with 36 counts of theft. He pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors believe Hush is a flight risk, due to his connection to other states and his past criminal history.

Hush faced drug charges and welfare fraud in the past. If convicted for his current charges, he faces a maximum sentence of 50 years in prison.
