On 10/03/23, at approximately 4:38 p.m., a jewelry store reported a counter top spinner had been cut and the entire spinner was stolen. While two employees were helping guests, a male subject had cut the cable and placed the spinner on the floor. After making sure he wasn’t noticed, he placed a Walmart bag over the top of the spinner and carried it out of the store into the mall. The theft was noticed about an hour later.
