Video: Vigilant jeweler thwarts would-be burglars

Yorba Linda, CA – On June 24, 2019, subjects cut power to a jewelry store. At 3:00 a.m.., on the following day,  the Orange County Sheriff’s Office devised a plan to catch the burglars in the act.
