Employee shoots teen subject in head after grab & run

Stuart, FL – On December 13, 2018, at approximately 10:00 a.m., a 17-year-old subject entered into a jewelry store. He tried on jewelry and then fled from the store. A store employee working outside witnessed the theft and attempted to intervene. A struggle ensued and the subject entered a stolen vehicle driven by another accomplice.

At that point, another employee saw the struggle and opened fire. The employee shot through the window of the car striking the teen subject in the head.
