Video: Sneak thief uses sleight-of-hand to steal jewelry

Arlington, TX – On March 20, 2019, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a female subject entered a jewelry store and proceeded to surreptitiously steal thousands of dollars worth of jewelry by using a handkerchief.
