On 12/23/17, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a subject requested to try on a gold bracelet. Once the bracelet was removed from the display case, the male placed the bracelet on his wrist. While the associate was conversing with another customer, the male grabbed the bracelet and fled from the store. The subject was described as a 20-year-old Black male. He is 5’9” and has a thin build. He has short dreads and a black hat. If you have any information regarding this subject, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at (212) 687-0328.
