GRAB AND RUN – CLEVELAND, OH

On 5/12/22, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a jewelry store was the victim of a grab-and-run theft. According to management, a single subject entered the store and asked to look at a bracelet and then stated that he would like to use his account for half of the purchase. The bracelet was placed onto his wrist and then he stated that he wanted to also look at a necklace. The employee stated that he couldn’t be in possession of two pieces at a time, so they proceeded to the register to process the sale.
